Brasserie Max's Saketini – Recipe

For an elegant surprise, sample this refined martini-inspired drink. This beverage is airy, scented and drinkable, and complements small pieces of parmesan.

Saketini

Makes a single portion

30ml gin – choose a premium dry gin

15ml Lillet Blanc – an aromatic French aperitif wine

15ml sake – a light, medium-bodied one, ideally

Pour the gin, Lillet Blanc, and sake into a shaker, add a big handful of ice cubes and stir for 30 seconds to chill well. Pour into a frosty martini glass and enjoy.
