'The most terrible ever': Donald Trump rails against Time magazine's 'super bad' cover image.

This is a favorable feature in a periodical that the president has consistently praised – but for one catch. The magazine's cover photo, he stated, ""might be the most terrible in history".

Time's praise to Donald Trump's part in mediating a truce for Gaza, headlining its early November edition, was accompanied by a image of the president shot from a low angle while the sun behind his head.

The outcome, the president asserts, is ""terrible".

"Time Magazine wrote a fairly positive story about me, but the image may be the Worst of All Time", the president posted on his preferred network.

“My hair was erased, and then there was an object above my head that appeared as a suspended diadem, but extremely small. Very odd! I have consistently disliked being photographed from below, but this is a awful image, and it deserves to be called out. What is their goal, and why?”

Trump has made obvious his ambition to appear on Time magazine's front page and accomplished it multiple times in the past year. This fixation has made it as far as the president's resorts – years ago, the editors demanded to remove fabricated front pages shown in some of his properties.

This issue's photograph was taken by Graeme Sloane for Bloomberg at the White House on 5 October.

The shot's viewpoint highlighted negatively Trump’s chin and neck – an opening that the governor of California Newsom seized, with the governor's office posting a modified photo with the offending area obscured.

{The hostages from Israel in Gaza have been freed under the initial stage of Donald Trump's peace plan, together with a release of Palestinian detainees. The arrangement could be a major success of the president's renewed tenure, and it may represent a strategic turning point for the region.

At the same time, a defence of Trump's image has been offered by a surprising origin: the spokesperson at Russia’s ministry of foreign affairs came forward to criticise the "self-incriminating" photo selection.

"It’s astonishing: a photo exposes those who picked it than about the individual pictured. Only disturbed individuals, people obsessed with malice and animosity –perhaps even perverts – could have picked this picture", the official posted on her social channel.

"And given the complimentary photos of Biden that the same publication used on the cover, despite his physical infirmity, the case is self-damaging for the magazine", she said.

The explanation for his queries – why did they choose this, and why? – may be something to do with artistically representing a sense of power says a picture editor, a media professional.

The image itself is professionally taken," she notes. "They selected this photo because they wanted the president to look heroic. Staring up at someone gives a sense of their importance and his expression actually looks contemplative and almost slightly angelic. It's uncommon you see pictures of him in such a calm instance – the photo appears gentle."

Trump’s hair looks erased because the sunlight behind him has bleached that section of the image, generating a radiant circle, she adds. And, while the article's title pairs nicely with his facial expression in the image, "one cannot constantly gratify the individual in question."

Nobody enjoys being captured from low angles, and even if all of the conceptual elements of the image are very strong, the appearance are not complimentary."

The news outlet reached out to the magazine for comment.
